AO customers were unaware of AO's recycling services. Many went for easy disposal, leaving items outside or using unreliable businesses, impacting both taxpayers and the environment.

Idea - Visibility Revolution: Enlightening Customers on Recycling Responsibility

To tackle the "out of sight, out of mind" problem, we aimed to show customers the importance of knowing where their appliances go, the impact of not recycling responsibly and the simple choice they have to make a change.

Solution - Recycle the AO way: It all starts with a click.
"Recycle the AO Way." Our campaign, led by the launch film 'It All Starts with a Click,' highlighted simple choices for impactful change. Teaming up with LADBIBLE to reach a new type of customer and featuring on ITV News, the campaign reached a wide audience, the film garnered over 375K views and established AO as a leader in responsible recycling.
