A FRAMEWORK to RE-LAUNCH AN HISTORIC BRAND with an eccentric twist
BACKGROUND
Grand Marnier is a unique product with a rich heritage, but has a reputation as a seasonal drink for older people. To change this perception, the client aimed to re-position the brand as a forward thinking contemporary spirit with ‘an eccentric twist’. As part of this positioning there was a need for a content over hall.
APPROACH
We created a Hero, Hub & Hygiene content eco-system that all laddered up to the overall key message. This content would be used across Social, Digital, On-trade.
Idea
‘A contemporary spirit with an eccentric twist’ was our starting point. We aimed to create content that highlighted the process, the heritage and help educate the consumer on how to use the product in new ways.
EXECUTION
Shot in a studio and on location in Cognac, we created number of 11 films and 50 stills with key visuals for OOH and a range of social assets.
